Persons or employees in the organization must feel motivated to achieve the goals and objectives that should be met. This motivation may come from personal factors, such as for family and self-competence, or external factors, such as salaries or benefits are tied to accomplishment of doing a meditate. Highly motivated members are th e ones who mostly strikee their job efficiently.
