I was living in London and we were coming back from a visit up to Newcastle and thats when my Mum decided to tell me. My first emotion was sadness and I cried through the whole journey but subsequently a few weeks I realised it was for the best as my nanna was in extreme pain as she was suffering from leukaemia. We had visited her every day in hospital. It was sad for me because I knew that she was very close to dying. I didnt score any but I managed to make a huge impression with my football skills.
